1. Who we are

Yesterdread is a privately operated automation tool that publishes the owner's own videos to the owner's own TikTok account via the official TikTok Content Posting API. This website describes the data the tool processes. The tool offers no third-party services and collects no visitor data on this website beyond standard, short-lived web server logs.

2. Data processed by the tool

• TikTok OAuth tokens — obtained during a one-time authorization of the owner's own TikTok account (scope: video publishing). Stored encrypted in the owner's self-hosted secret manager. Used solely to publish videos to this one account.
• Video files and metadata — self-produced videos, captions, hashtags and scheduled publishing times, stored on the owner's own infrastructure.
• Publishing status data — API responses from TikTok (e.g. upload confirmations, error codes) kept for troubleshooting.

3. What we do not do

• No analytics, tracking pixels, cookies or advertising on this website or in the tool.
• No collection of third-party personal data.
• No sharing or selling of any data. Data is never sent anywhere except to TikTok's official publishing endpoints.

4. Data processor: TikTok

When a video is published, the video file, caption and associated metadata are transmitted to TikTok's servers (open.tiktokapis.com / open-upload.tiktokapis.com) and become subject to TikTok's own privacy policy. The tool transmits the minimum required data.

5. Retention and deletion

OAuth tokens and publishing logs are retained for as long as the tool is in operation. Revoking the app's authorization in the TikTok app immediately invalidates the stored tokens; the token record is then deleted. Web server logs on this website are rotated automatically.
